As Internal EUC Communication Coordinator, you will manage the internal communications from IT to end users in Singapore and APAC region and participate in the project to well manage stakeholders to promote bi-directional communications between IT and end users.

You will work as a good communicator and presenter to the stakeholders from not limited to own department but end- user department, security, operation, business application team, vendors and Japan Head Office.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managements.
• Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a portal site and email.
• Respond to feedback from end users and liaise with system owner team for them to keep connected with end users.
• Plan, develop, implement, and monitor the efficiency of the internal communications processes.
• Understand and analyze the end user impact/benefit of IT solutions and express them in layman’s terms and organized manner.

Job Requirements (Must have)

• Prior working experience in multi-national company collaborating with stakeholders from different countries.

The Media Precinct is looking for a Media Finance Intern to join our team on a part-time basis! This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in learning how media agencies operate.

As a full-service media and content agency, we work with a wide range of local and global brands and provide both media planning and buying services as well as creative content.

Responsibilities

Reporting to and working closely with our Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Digital platform invoices: routinely export invoices from our digital marketing platforms e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc., and import them into our finance system.
• Email Management: serve as a point of contact for the accounts email account, ensuring timely response and resolution of inquiries.
• Invoice Management: send invoices and emails promptly to the relevant teams, maintaining a well-organised system.
• Remittances: dispatch monthly remittances accurately and in a timely manner.

• Payment Processing: assist with weekly payment runs to ensure vendors and partners are paid promptly.
• Reconciliation Support: aid the team in 3rd party invoice reconciliations and client audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Project Support: collaborate with the team on various ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Reporting: assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements and occasionally assist with budgeting and forecasting.

• Attend to public enquiries of services available
• Liaise with relevant departments to address patients’ feedback and concerns

• Ensure Feedback forms’ data are entered promptly and accurately into the database, and coordinate family conference where necessary
• Provide administrative support to the department, including minutes writing, preparing presentation materials, and collating and analysing of data

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in healthcare and/or customer service environment will be an added advantage
