Job Description

Administration

• Responsible in monitoring the company property such as company car, handphone, laptop and etc.
• Responsible for office maintenance issues such as telephone, printers, toilets, office building including cleanliness of office and etc.
• Responsible for matters related to company hostels such as rental, tenancy renewal and etc.
• Responsible for company vehicle maintenance and arrangement for Puspakom inspection.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment, utilities, stationery, and pantry supply.
• Responsible for Staff GPA & GHS Insurance matters.
• To handle all the administrative task effectively.
• To organize employee engagement activities / events (e.g.: team building, birthday celebration, annual dinner).

• Assist in checking staff attendance, overtime and expense claim

• Arrange for training (Public training/In house Training)
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Organize and coordinate training courses in accordance to the yearly training plan.
• Responsible for HRDF applications and ensure all eligible training courses are submitted on time for reimbursement purposes. Compile and analyse HRD funds utilization against levy contribution.
