The role:
The Purchase Ledger Administrator will be joining the Finance team, led by the Financial Controller. This role represents an exciting opportunity for the right person to join us on the next part of our journey. Day to Day, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger with the main duties as follows:

1. Assisting with the Purchase Orders and related invoices including allocation of PI references, gaining authorisation of invoices, coding invoices with nominal ledger codes, inputting the invoices to the supplier accounts on the Purchase Ledger.

2. Prepare and process payment runs for authorisation, ensuring adherence to payment terms and deadlines.

3. Reconciling payments made to the ledger against the creditor analysis and action any overdue invoices.

4. Logging of daily transactions noted on the sterling bank statement into the system, identifying direct debits and foreign transfers.

5. Management of sterling and foreign petty cash ensuring an adequate float is retained at all times and all transactions are recorded appropriately with weekly and monthly reconciliations.

6. Processing of foreign invoices, including maintaining the relevant payment records.

7. Assisting in the month-end processes, ensuring that the procedures are followed to the company timetable.

8. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

9. Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and payment-related issues.

10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information in the accounting system.

11. Assist the Financial Controller with managing a small fleet of vehicles.


The requirements:

Job Requirements:
 Purchase Ledger Experience: over 3 years (preferred)
 Good knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
 Knowledge of Sage or another ERP system
 Knowledge and previous experience of EDI would be advantageous
 Experience of reconciliations and payment processing
 Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
 High level of accuracy and attention to detail
 Adaptive, flexible and able to embrace change
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

The role:
The SRAM Technical Centre Technician will be joining the SRAM Tech team, led by the SRAM Technical Centre Manager. This role represents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, rider focused and technically minded person to join us on the next part of our journey. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:

• Processing, repairing, and servicing SRAM group products to SRAM’s expectations.
• Following SRAM’s technical documentation and service guides, using spare parts catalogues to identify parts.
• Daily use of CRM software, Outlook and Excel.
• Picking stock from the SRAM Technical Centre warehouse for warranty and service cases.
• Ensuring highly accurate data input using CRM system to enable parts and labour to be claimed back from SRAM..
• Provide professional telephone technical support to customers on all SRAM products.
• Answering emails efficiently and professionally.
• Achieve the company’s key performance indicator targets.
• Representing SRAM and ZyroFisher professionally at all times.







The requirements:

Main duties and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Demand Manager or Head of Group Demand, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient management of your allocated brands in their inventory holding, customer satisfaction (fill rate) and forecast accuracy. The job holder’s objectives and duties include but are not limited to:

1. Demand forecasting – Identify any changes to the trend in average or period sales, ensuring variances are quickly and correctly identified and that appropriate action is taken to ensure acceptable levels of stock holding are in place to achieve both service and inventory value targets for all group businesses.

2. The generation of new item demand forecasts, considering available internal business and external market information, as well as the current trends on comparable products

3. Work closely with the RVF Brand Managers and Sales teams to identify the stock requirements for promotions and predicted changes in market demand.

4. Identify obsolete, slow moving and excess stock items and work with the RVF Brand Managers to ensure effective reduction of these in line with stated targets.

5. Identify, review and mitigate the impact of surplus inventory on order as the result of forecast changes.

The requirements:

The Senior Apparel and Hardgoods Designer will be required to work collaboratively with the Commercial Manager and Development/ QA Manager to develop and grow the product line and will have a leading role in navigating, challenging, and delivering the strategic vision for the brand.

This role represents an exciting opportunity to join us on the next part of our journey. Day to Day, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all Altura and Tortec product design whilst being actively responsible for designing and creating original, innovative luggage and hardgoods.

You will be responsible for ensuring that brand philosophy, standards, brand requirements and commercial goals are met in an effective manner across the apparel and equipment ranges.

The job holder is responsible for delivering a strong brand DNA, clear creative direction and ensuring that the product attributes and development plan achieve the brand’s goals both domestically and in international markets.

The duties the job holder will be required to undertake will include but are not limited to:

• Oversee all aspects of research and design in line with the critical path.
• Continually review the Altura product range ensuring it remains relevant to the Altura core customer.
• Complete market analysis and product briefs.
• Present seasonal design concepts to the team.
• Identifying the needs of the brand’s target consumers.
• Use sales data and insights to design commercially relevant ranges.
• Design and innovate products to meet and exceed the product briefs for each season.
• Understand the market consumer level, move forward with innovation and keep connected with trends without losing commerciality value.
• Continually research innovation, technology, graphics and trends for the season.
• Create seasonal storyboards for each category of the Altura range in collaboration with the apparel design team.
• Create colour stories within the seasonal trend forecast and commercial expectation.
• Create and maintain luggage/ hardgoods tech packs for each of the products within the range and work with the Development/ QA Manager to ensure the productivity and commercialisation of the final approved product.
• Liaise directly with each vendor to understand any commercial requirements / fabric MOQs / Trim MOQs and manufacturing issues.
• Work with product testers to ensure each product is fit for the intended purpose.
• Continually work with the Development/ QA Manager to ensure the quality of the products meet the Altura standards.
• As required throughout the annual calendar, the job holder will be required to attend various events, i.e markets visit, focus groups and trade shows.
• Strong collaboration with the rest of the team.
• Ability to inspire others through your own actions and provide mentoring and training where needed.

The candidate will be extremely organised, have the ability to work under pressure and be deadline focused with a keen eye for detail. You will have a positive attitude and be confident in challenging situations.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience building a product range strategy and implementing it through an actionable plan.
• Experience working as part of a creative team for performance apparel.

• A passion and strong understanding of sportswear brands with the ability to analyse data and pinpoint trends that will impact the market.
• Must have experience designing across multi products.
• A creative professional with qualifications in Apparel or Product Design.
• A strong commercial understanding and experience range planning.
• Fabric and raw material knowledge.
• Product construction and technical knowledge.
• Ability to take ownership of personal assignments and prioritise workload.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the business and overseas manufacturers.
• Excellent presentation skills with proven experience of presenting to internal and external stakeholders in a range of situations including face to face, video conference and to audiences at industry events such as trade shows.
