• To support managers in general HR related queries and provide appropriate advice.
• To allocate and supervise work is delegated to the HR Staff as appropriate.

• To liaise with external agencies as required.
• To participate in meeting with councils and external bodies and other meetings as appropriate.
• To be involved in other aspects of the work of the company (including attendance at events) as deemed appropriate for the requirements.
• To contribute to the overall organisational effectiveness and to perform any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Head of Personnel in line with the requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPD
• At least two years generalist HR experience, including significant experience in advice-giving on employment issues and contractual documentation
• At least two years' experience of managing discipline and grievance cases
• At least 1 years' experience of absence management
• Experience of recruitment and selection
• Experience of delivering training on HR related topics

Your new role
To supervise activities of the QA Lab and Technicians. Ensure all Company standards, policies, procedures and performance targets are adhered to. Supervision and training of QA Technicians. You will provide and implement technical solutions to continuously improve the process, lead and conduct Internal process and product audits. You will track progress of Internal 8D corrective and Preventative Actions, support and attend weekly Quality / Manufacturing Scorecard meetings, manual measuring and making short programmes on CMM when required. You will control of all relevant records and documentation and work with Quality Engineers to ensure the optimum conditions for manufacture of all products.

What you\'ll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a Third level qualification in an engineering/ technical discipline. Candidates with a lesser qualification, plus significant relevant experience will also be considered. Min. 5 years' experience within a quality engineering environment. Working knowledge of quality management systems, including TS16949 and ISO 9000, IT literate, and proficient in the use of MS Excel, highly competent in training others to meet operation standards. You will also have demonstrated commitment to HSE, housekeeping and 5S principles and have experience of interpretation of engineering.

Your new role
Working within an established team you will be responsible for:

• Liaise with In-Market Finance staff, partners, management, and other staff as appropriate to ensure that all receivables are followed up promptly per the Firm's standardised best practice, including discussing current and future issues that may delay or prevent payment of invoices
• Minimise risks surrounding long outstanding debts to avoid write-downs, write-offs, and bad debts
• Liaise with Client Support teams responsible for Global Key Client relationships
• Carry out approved credit adjustments, write-downs, and write-offs
• Liaise with the Cash Management team about the allocation of cash against invoices

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience within a similar position along with a general understanding of accounting or finance principles. Applicants should be able to demonstrate that they possess keen attention to detail and effective organisational skills along with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
