Responsibility :-
Supervise maintenance of properties, ensuring proper upkeep of portfolio of properties.
Dealing with tenants and prospective tenants in term of rents, tenancy agreements and any other related matters.
Own transportation to commute between our office and our properties.
Manage tenants' requests in a timely manner.
Ensure the properties are in compliance with local regulations and liaise with authorities and consultants with regards to regulatory and property matters.
Check on tenants permit & licensing issue.
To manage tenants monthly rental / utilities billing.
Able to do any duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :-
Must be computer literate.
Ability to converse and write English.
Responsible.
At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preference will be given to candidate with working experience in property maintenance.
Good written and verbal communication skills and decision making skills.

(1) Prepare As-built Dwg from Surveyor
(2) Process BQ item to claim, summary of quantity and progress photo
(3) Prepare Construction drawing and other QS related documentation
(4) Conduct Site Valuation with authority, consultant, engineer etc
(5) Prepare sub-contractor claims, Certificate of Payment and cross check qty is correct.
(6) Prepare variation order to claim and backcharge to sub-contractor.
(7) Prepare some quotation and work order for awarded to sub-con or supplier.
(8) Updated documentation e.g.Letter, quotation, backcharge work, revise dwg, RFI
(9) Measure and value the work done on site
(10) Prepare sub-con tender process to final account
(11) Other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by Superior
