We are looking to employ a training manager with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. A training manager is expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent planning, coordination and research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
To ensure success, training managers should understand the business operation and decision-making processes with a keen interest in lead, organize, deploy and manage a team of fitness trainers to produce targeted and tangible training programmes for our gym clients. He or she shall design the group class programmes and schedule, working closely with organic internal team of trainers, freelancer as well as external training service providers. The training manager shall assess and curate a list of topnotch training programmes for our clients, via group class formats and personal training sessions. Top candidates must be innovative, strong decision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change.

You must be willing to help clients in their health and fitness transformational journey. Most important, you will listen well to their life goals and aspirations, success stories, as well as challenges in their personal fitness and health endeavours. In this role, you are also expected to be a team player, working closely with the operations and sales team, as one family. You are also expected to out in the general tasks in the gym if there are no other clients or follow up work. There are many routes to succeed in a startup company pursing a global franchise strategy.
The growth path is clear as the company seeks to expand quickly in the next few years. Hence, you are expected to grow quickly in the job and support the company's rapid expansion plans in Singapore in the next 3 years. The bigger objective is to expand our gym footprints to overseas countries.

We're looking for a Head of Risk, Health, Safety, and Environment to join our property leadership team. In this role you'll work in a hybrid way, splitting your time between home, our property sites across the UK and our Manchester office when required (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).
As the Head of Risk, Health, Safety and Environment you'll lead the development and delivery of our risk, compliance, and safety strategy and framework across the property portfolio and operation. As part of this, we'll look to you to build positive relationships with senior leaders across the business, challenging, influencing, and sharing your expertise to drive improvements in our approach to risk, compliance, and safety. You'll inspire all teams across Property, promoting a healthy compliance culture throughout our activities. You'll also set the vision, strategy, and direction for the risk, health, safety and environment team, role modelling an inclusive leadership style with a focus on people and culture. You'll gain a broad of exposure to enterprise risk management across a dynamic property portfolio and property operation.
