Your new role
As Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, organising and supervising all site activities, ensuring all site operations are in accordance with programme specifications, conducting site inspections, recording the progress of works as well as ensuring schemes are safely completed on time, within budget and to specified quality.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience in mechanical works within the water industry in a supervisory capacity and hold an SSSTS (or SMSTS) qualification. In addition, you will be able to liaise with key stakeholders and be a detail-orientated individual. Finally, you will be a clear communicator and be able to act on initiative to complete daily tasks.

An established business they provide a comprehensive range of products and services to the industrial gas turbine and steam turbine market sectors, predominantly focussed on the power generation or extraction, transportation and processing of Oil and Gas.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to speak to experienced Mechanical Field Service Engineers with previous experience of working on various gas turbine products and aftermarket solutions.
This is a remote based position (anywhere in the UK), however candidates must be able and willing to travel extensively, working on UK and International sites for both onshore and offshore installations for significant periods of time.

Your new role
As Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, producing test records and commissioning plan sequences, reviewing and signing off commissioning RAMs and documentation, chairing commissioning meetings with subcontractors and clients, coordinating commissioning activities as well as delivering on-site commissioning of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have good process knowledge of water movement and treatment as well as a good hydraulic understanding of water distribution. In addition, you will hold both a CSCS and EUSR card as well as an SMSTS (ideal) qualification. Finally, you will be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
