the best customer service to existing residents and new prospects, assisting with events and any queries from residents throughout
their tenancy with urbanbubble.

What will you do?

• Daily management of prospect/leads from internal management system via phone or email.

• Inspections on apartments, creating a report identifying and reporting any maintenance issues.

• All administration involved in arranging tenancies and renewals

• Arranging check out appointment with 3rd party Inventory clerk

• Move in Induction for new Residents

• Chasing arrears for the first half of the month

• Negotiate payment plans approved by landlord with Residents

• Update arrears report with any amendments and updates

• Serving section 8’s and Section 21 when applicable

• Support and cover Front of House intermittently to assist with tenants’ inquiries and ensure lunch breaks are covered
consistently.

• Assist with the organisation and planning of Residents’ events




What are we looking for?

• Previous lettings / property experience

• Strong customer service experience and dealing with difficult situations in a fast paced environment.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as
databases or booking systems (training on in house systems will be provided).

• ARLA qualification (desirable)

What does the role involve?

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will prepare, restore and maintain areas and equipment for clinical treatments and investigations, as well as generally ensuring that the treatment environment is safe for patients, relatives and visitors.

This is an active role which involves extensive walking between patients throughout the clinic and some lifting responsibilities. However, we will provide regular training and guidance, so that you can develop your knowledge of company practice, procedures and quality management. Computer skills are essential, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with the team.

This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week. Current days are working various shifts between 7.00am to 6.30pm (long days) Monday to Saturday.

This role is a rotational pharmacy assistant position where you will be rotating into 3 main areas of Pharmacy. Please refer to the job description for further details on what this role has to offer.

As an EAL Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and linguistic development of our EAL students across all year groups.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assisting EAL students in developing English language proficiency through one-on-one or small group instruction, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Collaborating with classroom teachers to modify and adapt instructional materials and activities to meet the diverse learning needs of EAL students.
Providing additional support during mainstream classroom activities to facilitate comprehension and participation for EAL students.
Administering language proficiency assessments and monitoring students' progress over time.
Building positive relationships with EAL students and their families to foster a supportive learning environment and promote parental involvement in their child's education.
Assisting with the cultural integration of EAL students and promoting cross-cultural understanding and respect among the school community.
Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge of EAL teaching strategies, cultural competency, and best practices for supporting EAL students.
