Your new role
As a Quality Manager , your responsibility is to maintain the highest level of Quality excellence in all areas of manufacturing, guaranteeing that the products are delivered to our internal and external customers without defects.You will be responsible for ensuring that they retain its yearly ISO9001:20215 surveillance accreditation and undergo recertification every three years through a third-party certification body. This role will ensure that everyone is aware of their Quality performance through daily interactions, weekly meetings, and Management reviews at all levels.

Hours of work:
7.30 am - 5pm Mon - Thurs and 12.30 finish Fri

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a Degree or equivalent (HNC/HND) in a relevant field with at least 3 years' experience in Quality leadership role.

Or
At least 8 years' experience in Quality Assurance.

You will have experience with ISO9001:2015 and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of best in class Quality management systems. Candidates with problem solving abilities as well as excellent communication and people skills to get buy in from your team and the wider factory.

The CCTV Operator will develop and lead operational excellence and best practice; optimising our service and value offering to customers to achieve performance targets. Job Responsibilities:

Deliver and encourage outstanding customer service delivery.
Carry out training with Security Officer’s and ensure that there are suitable personnel on your shift able to step up and cover your role.
Achieve onsite Ccure certification and be responsible for all alarm monitoring and CCTV for their cluster of sites and ensuring that all alarms are investigated, responded to and escalated in accordance with site procedures.
Responding to life safety systems, such as fire alarm, panic alarm, PIR, lift alarms, BMS, etc and initiating incident response in accordance with site procedures.
Ensure fire system isolations and enablement are carried out in line with set procedures and in conjunction with onsite engineers.
Supervise routine tests of all systems including Fire, Safety and Security equipment, CCTV and access control systems and maintain accurate auditable records of these tests.
Report and log any system outages to the relevant departments and escalate accordingly.
Support with managing incidents including directing staff, liaising with emergency services or escalation as required.
Effectively monitor, escalate, and provide effective initial reporting for all relevant emergency situations.
Pro-actively lead the operation of the Security Control Room by ensuring all duties are carried out in accordance with documented procedures and policies.
Communicate effectively with the customer and other colleagues, having the ability to triage and escalate security queries from the business.
To administer, monitor and respond to strict procedures for the customers electronic issue of site related keys.
Be responsible for the DOB, log all relevant occurrences, faults and incidents accurately and in accordance with site procedures.
Ensure that incident and loss reports are compiled and submitted appropriately.
Assist with the training and development of Security Control Room support personnel on all control room equipment and ensure the team are competent in their roles and duties in the control room.
Maintain weekly checks documents of all schedule system checks.
Maintain and produce daily rotation rota for the Control Room team.
Assist with security investigations, providing relevant data required from the security systems.
Ensure that all staff work in safe conditions.
Ensure accurate records are maintained of all equipment.
Conduct daily briefings and carry out a handover to the oncoming security controller.
Continual review and development of the security control room function and, providing innovative solutions where possible.
Keep the security control room clean, tidy and representable at all times.
Undertake any other tasks as identified by the Security Management team.

What is the Role?

The Reporting and Control Analyst will support our Business Improvement Manager and all stakeholders within Gas NI, by providing automated comprehensive operational data in a timely manner and in an easy-to-use format. This will help us effectively and efficiently manage operational enablement to improve planning, engagement, productivity, and drive efficiencies within each department, to achieve business KPIs and meet regulatory obligations. In this role you will:

- Provide advice and guidance in completing the design and build of Power BI reports and dashboards for other business users

- Publish reports via the Power BI service, managing them through distribution of apps and monitoring usage / data refreshes

- Design and develop effective dashboard UX and designs, with utilisation of Power BI navigation features, to ensure optimal user experience and that accessibility requirements are met

- Ingest data from a variety of data sources and perform required transformations using Power Query and Data Flows

- Create and maintain bespoke reporting for each department and create reporting to manage performance and productivity delivery

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Extensive PowerBI knowledge and experience

- Knowledge of Power Query and Power Automate

- Experience of M Language and SQL Language

- Experience of working in an analytics environment and an appreciation of prioritising activities

- Experience from a similar role in supporting business critical reporting and control in a medium / large organisation

Your new role
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for championing internal and external quality investigations with a focus on supplier quality. The Quality Engineer will coordinate cross-functional teams in order to resolve issues, ensuring timely implementation of interim and permanent corrective actions. The role holder will also work alongside technical teams to ensure quality is built into scientific solutions being developed. The role will involve production and supplier quality.

Your new role

Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports.

With a growing pipeline of onshore wind in Ireland, SSE Renewables is recruiting a Project Sustainability and Environmental Compliance Manager to play a key role in supporting these developments from the planning stages through to construction and handover to our operations teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring that environmental management and sustainability considerations are embedded at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing all environmental requirements for large onshore renewables construction projects, whilst supporting our sustainability goals and action plans, including the delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain Plans during construction.

- Reviewing EIA/ER chapters, preparation and ownership of Construction Environmental Management Plans, providing support to project Sustainability Action Plans and discharge of planning conditions relevant to the environment.

- Managing environmental surveys and monitoring work, including scope of works associated to environmental contracts and contractors, inputting to the tender process, setting to work safely and evaluating contractor RAMS and reports.

- Carrying out regular site environmental audits and inspections and preparing audit reports during construction.

- Investigating environmental hazards and incidents, ensuring prevention of further harm, finding resolutions and rolling out lessons learned.

What do I need?

- Experience in environmental management and delivery for large construction projects, including a broad knowledge of environmental legislation and policy.

- Commercial aptitude and understanding of project development and construction pressures, including contractor management.
