The role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Join us, and support our expanding growth whilst driving projects to improve the agreed profitability and cash projectstions.

This role is full time OR part time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with three days in the office/onsite and two days working from home.

About the Role
Base Location: Belfast

What is the Role?
As our Surveyor / Sales Advisor, you'll complete surveys in customers / tenants properties and sell domestic heating installations which suit their needs. In this role you will:
- Advise on and sell SSE Airtricity's range of offerings, which will include Housing Association domestic surveys and surveying for electric vehicle charging points
- Act as the key point of contact for private customer enquiries pre-installation
- Prepare quotations and calculate the costing of materials
- Complete all necessary admin associated with the job (updating databases, supplying literature etc)
- Offer and discuss finance options with customers
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Excellent communication skills and experience of liaising with customers and clients at all levels
- A friendly, approachable and professional attitude, with good IT skills and attention to detail
- Previous sales experience
- The ability to problem solve and work on own initiative
- A current driving licence
- Experience in Plumbing / Heating is desirable but not essential
