What is the Role?
The Reporting and Control Analyst will support our Business Improvement Manager and all stakeholders within Gas NI, by providing automated comprehensive operational data in a timely manner and in an easy-to-use format. This will help us effectively and efficiently manage operational enablement to improve planning, engagement, productivity, and drive efficiencies within each department, to achieve business KPIs and meet regulatory obligations. In this role you will:
- Provide advice and guidance in completing the design and build of Power BI reports and dashboards for other business users
- Publish reports via the Power BI service, managing them through distribution of apps and monitoring usage / data refreshes
- Design and develop effective dashboard UX and designs, with utilisation of Power BI navigation features, to ensure optimal user experience and that accessibility requirements are met
- Ingest data from a variety of data sources and perform required transformations using Power Query and Data Flows
- Create and maintain bespoke reporting for each department and create reporting to manage performance and productivity delivery
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Extensive PowerBI knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of Power Query and Power Automate
- Experience of M Language and SQL Language
- Experience of working in an analytics environment and an appreciation of prioritising activities
- Experience from a similar role in supporting business critical reporting and control in a medium / large organisation

What you\'ll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a Third level qualification in an engineering/ technical discipline. Candidates with a lesser qualification, plus significant relevant experience will also be considered. Min. 5 years' experience within a quality engineering environment. Working knowledge of quality management systems, including TS16949 and ISO 9000, IT literate, and proficient in the use of MS Excel, highly competent in training others to meet operation standards. You will also have demonstrated commitment to HSE, housekeeping and 5S principles and have experience of interpretation of engineering.

With a growing pipeline of onshore wind in Ireland, SSE Renewables is recruiting a Project Sustainability and Environmental Compliance Manager to play a key role in supporting these developments from the planning stages through to construction and handover to our operations teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring that environmental management and sustainability considerations are embedded at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all environmental requirements for large onshore renewables construction projects, whilst supporting our sustainability goals and action plans, including the delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain Plans during construction.
- Reviewing EIA/ER chapters, preparation and ownership of Construction Environmental Management Plans, providing support to project Sustainability Action Plans and discharge of planning conditions relevant to the environment.
- Managing environmental surveys and monitoring work, including scope of works associated to environmental contracts and contractors, inputting to the tender process, setting to work safely and evaluating contractor RAMS and reports.
- Carrying out regular site environmental audits and inspections and preparing audit reports during construction.
- Investigating environmental hazards and incidents, ensuring prevention of further harm, finding resolutions and rolling out lessons learned.
What do I need?

- Experience in environmental management and delivery for large construction projects, including a broad knowledge of environmental legislation and policy.
- Commercial aptitude and understanding of project development and construction pressures, including contractor management.

Your new role
To supervise activities of the QA Lab and Technicians. Ensure all Company standards, policies, procedures and performance targets are adhered to. Supervision and training of QA Technicians. You will provide and implement technical solutions to continuously improve the process, lead and conduct Internal process and product audits. You will track progress of Internal 8D corrective and Preventative Actions, support and attend weekly Quality / Manufacturing Scorecard meetings, manual measuring and making short programmes on CMM when required. You will control of all relevant records and documentation and work with Quality Engineers to ensure the optimum conditions for manufacture of all products.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a Third level qualification in an engineering/ technical discipline. Candidates with a lesser qualification, plus significant relevant experience will also be considered. Min. 5 years' experience within a quality engineering environment. Working knowledge of quality management systems, including TS16949 and ISO 9000, IT literate, and proficient in the use of MS Excel, highly competent in training others to meet operation standards. You will also have demonstrated commitment to HSE, housekeeping and 5S principles and have experience of interpretation of engineering.

Overview of the position:
The CRMS Documentation Officer provides documentation support for all business and product areas and acts as a consultant on system and documentation issues. The DCU officer will learn and understand application of documentation policy requirements, provide consultation to Relationship Managers and Legal counsel, and perform review of documents for important transactions. They should have ability to work independently and will act as a broad resource to CRMS and the Business; look beyond specific job tasks; take initiative; escalate issues where required; identify issues and escalate as appropriate; and provide additional support to the DCU team outside of BAU activity.
