Your new role
As a Quality Manager , your responsibility is to maintain the highest level of Quality excellence in all areas of manufacturing, guaranteeing that the products are delivered to our internal and external customers without defects.You will be responsible for ensuring that they retain its yearly ISO9001:20215 surveillance accreditation and undergo recertification every three years through a third-party certification body. This role will ensure that everyone is aware of their Quality performance through daily interactions, weekly meetings, and Management reviews at all levels.

Hours of work:
7.30 am - 5pm Mon - Thurs and 12.30 finish Fri

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a Degree or equivalent (HNC/HND) in a relevant field with at least 3 years' experience in Quality leadership role.

Or
At least 8 years' experience in Quality Assurance.

You will have experience with ISO9001:2015 and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of best in class Quality management systems. Candidates with problem solving abilities as well as excellent communication and people skills to get buy in from your team and the wider factory.

Your new role
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for championing internal and external quality investigations with a focus on supplier quality. The Quality Engineer will coordinate cross-functional teams in order to resolve issues, ensuring timely implementation of interim and permanent corrective actions. The role holder will also work alongside technical teams to ensure quality is built into scientific solutions being developed. The role will involve production and supplier quality.


What you\'ll need to succeed
BSc/BEng qualification in in a computer, technical or numeric subject such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics or equivalent qualification
2 years\' experience of hands-on quality engineering experience.
Strong supplier quality focus
An electrical/electronic engineering background and experience of working in a Supplier Quality role within a low volume, high value manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

The Supply Quality Engineer will report to Head of Quality and is responsible for ensuring the on-time, on-cost, and on-specification delivery of products. What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be educated to third level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, equivalent NVQ or appropriate experience and in-work training. Your new role
Responsible for performing routine to moderately complex inspections and set quality standards for both in-process and finished products and materials. Primarily accountable for developing methods for testing, sampling, and training and evaluating production and recommend improvements. In addition, work with quality inspection supervisors to train and oversee inspectors in their use of control forms, procedures, and correcting quality problems. Duties will include providing a means of communications directly with the customer in order to develop and supply a component which meets or exceeds the customer requirements.· Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns. Assist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.· Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc. Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data. Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with requirements of the quality management system. Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports.

Ideally a Post-Secondary Education in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or other related discipline.· Minimum three years of related experience in quality assurance functions.· Experience with APQP: Process Control Plans, PFMEA, Gauge Planning, and all levels of PPAP requirements.· Read operating and quality assurance reports to understand technical and operational information about facilities, processes and equipment.

I am working with a leading Technical Consulting company that is looking for a Senior Penetration Tester to join their team. • Strong experience with web application pen testing toolsets, such as Burp Suite.

• To support the QA team in the achievement of departmental goals and objectives, primarily improving quality internally and externally
• Principal Job Duties:
• Ensure that all products and processes achieve the desired quality, safety, efficiency and reliability levels
• External and internal defect review, analysis, reporting and improvement
• Maintain customer relationship via ongoing liaison, support and complaint resolution
