Your New Role:
This role offers you an excellent opportunity to manage your own High Court caseload working alongside the firms lead partner while defending large catastrophic loss cases. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Handle a diverse and interesting caseload of personal injury claims.
* Work alongside the lead lawyer managing a caseload of complex injury claims including high value catastrophic injury claims.
* Provide expert legal advice on relevant medical issues to instruct medical professionals and clients.
* Attend relevant court hearings and mediations as required.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have experience in defence litigation or personal injury alongside:
* Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland with 2 - 4 years PQE.
* Strong oral and written communicator.
* Ability to critically think and analyse complex legal issues.
* Experience of cases involving complex medical issues preferred.

What is the Role?
As our Building and Maintenance Manager, you will:
- be the key contact for all building related works, both for private and social housing clients
- take responsibility for the surveying function and the line management of the building maintenance team and subcontract labour

- a proven track record as a graduate, qualified tradesperson, surveyor or foreman, ideally with commercial experience

Acorn by Synergie is looking for a qualified experienced High Reach Electric Forklift Mechanic to join their client's warehouse team. Within this role, you will complete condition monitoring, planned and reactive maintenance of forklifts; predominately side loaders.
You will be responsible for ongoing maintenance, general diagnostics, and repair of trucks and other heavy equipment as required. The successful candidate must be a qualified a high reach forklift operator and assist with stocking, order preparation and product restocking.
You will also diagnose faults and complete subsequent repairs as well as perform safety inspections. You will receive training across their range of workshop machinery, and you will have the chance to organise your workshop exactly how you want it.

This company is a market leader in the Bermuda area, due to increased demand they are looking to expand to their team with the addition of a Forklift Mechanic, to look after their small fleet of eight forklifts.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a family run company, with regular training opportunities, working for a company that offer a varied and technically challenging role whilst enjoying the down time of what Bermuda has to offer.
About you:
* The ideal candidate will have experience working on forklifts / HGVs / Side Loaders or plant equipment with strong experience within hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics.
* You will have mechanical engineering experience and you will receive all the training you need across the company's products.
* Candidates must have at least five years relevant experience working with heavy equipment using power tools, diagnostic equipment, hydraulics, and calibration tools.
* A solid understanding of warehouse health and safety protocols is required.
* Individuals with formal equipment certifications will be given first preference. As this is a physical role, applicants should be in general good health, able to comfortably perform the above duties.
Responsibilities:
* Service and inspection of forklifts
* PPM and reactive repair
* Fault finding and repairs
* Working five days out of seven with Sundays off.
