The team cover all aspects of the operational and customer service delivery for all Fleet Corporate customers including quotes, orders, deliveries and any in-life activity, customer queries and end of contracts.
What you'll be working on:
With strong customer service and administration skills, you'll build great relationships and actively contribute to the growth of our customer portfolio.
The role of the Sales Support Executive is to provide support to our Sales Team whilst building relationships directly with customers, offering them first class customer service. The role is vital in the delivery of service excellence to the VWFS Fleet customer leasing portfolio, and contributing to the growth and development of the department. The service you provide to customers will set us apart from every other leasing company.

Salary: Up to £81,386 and competitive benefits package
Permanent contract: 35 hours
Location: Hybrid working with 1 day per week minimum in our office in Milton Keynes
As a Enterprise Data Architect, you will report directly to the Head of Architecture, Technology & Enterprise Data. You will be an architectural design authority owning the Data Architecture domain and will ensure that the IT architecture and designs conform to VWFS Group and Industry best practices and standards
You will be expected to define, evolve and maintain the VWFS (UK) Enterprise Data Architecture as well as support and be a core member of our Enterprise Data Management capability. You will investigate and analyse new technology options and make investment recommendations to the IT Senior Leadership Team and other key stakeholders. You will also manage the Solution Architects workload and mentor and coach them to be their best. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the global architecture team in our headquarters in Germany
