Main Duties:

• Conducting repairs for roof leaks, including gutter and gully repairs and replacements.

• Undertaking reactive maintenance works and providing first-line response for general building tasks, including minor painting works.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 Carpentry or similar qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Hands-on experience in building fabric maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of gas safety regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
